Venue: Class Rooms and Audio Visual Room, Smt. J.P. Shroff Arts College, Valsad.
Objective: The primary aim of celebrating Teachers' Day was to honor and appreciate the invaluable contributions of teachers in shaping the minds and futures of students. The day also served as an opportunity to provide students with a platform to showcase their leadership and communication skills by taking on the roles of teachers for a day.
Details of the Event:
Around 77 students participated in the event
taking on the roles of teachers, teaching classes and managing responsibilities for the day. This initiative allowed them to gain firsthand experience in leadership, communication, and management. The students also shared their experiences of participation making them appreciate the challenges faced by teachers in educating and mentoring.
Number of Participants: 76
Outcome: Students gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and challenges of teaching, which enhanced their respect for the profession and also improved their leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
