Details of the Programme - 

The English Department celebrated 'The Day of the Department' under the nomenclature 'Enchantopia', with an array of cultural presentations ranging from skit, dance, drama, group-song, poetry recitation, prayer, monologue, mime etc. The DEO of Valsad district Dr. Rajashri Tandel and Dr. Pratiksha Parekh, a faculty from Dolat Usha Institute of Applied Sciences were special invitees of this function. 

Objectives - 1) To encourage the students to bring out their hidden potential by making them take part in various activities 

2) To cultivate interest amidst students for studying English literature in more depth

Learning outcomes - 1) Students came out with the most outstanding response and participated very enthusiastically in all the events.

2) The students had enhanced confidence and also had the valuable experience of delivering their speeches/acts in English in a communicative manner.
