The college has seven departments and all these do a number of activities with a view to provide exposure and training to the student in addition to teaching of the syllabus. All these departmental activities are being done ever since the establishment of our institution way back in 1956-57. Now all these ‘Departmental activities are renamed as 

‘Clubs: Such clubs are English Club, Home Science Club, Economics Club and Psychology Club. All these organize a host of literary, linguistic, extension and entertainment activities and programmes.
